1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how TR8CE collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with the TR8CE software service. References to “TR8CE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the current operator of the TR8CE service.
1.1a If TR8CE later reorganizes, forms an affiliated entity, or transfers operation of the service to another legal entity, information associated with the service may be transferred as part of that transition, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
1.2 TR8CE is designed as a local-first web utility. The application is intended to perform user-directed arithmetic, unit conversion, volumetric modeling, and workspace continuity functions primarily within the user’s own browser, device, cache, local storage, or user-controlled environment.
1.3 TR8CE is not a healthcare provider, medical provider, pharmacy, laboratory, insurer, health plan, clinical research organization, or HIPAA-covered entity. TR8CE is not intended to collect, process, transmit, or store protected health information.
2.1 TR8CE is designed so that user-entered calculations, saved workspaces, visual settings, cadences, local reminders, reference interactions, and similar user-created calculation data remain primarily on the user’s own device, browser, cache, local storage, or exported files.
2.2 Unless a separate feature expressly states otherwise, TR8CE does not receive, host, review, verify, or maintain centralized copies of your local calculation workspaces.
2.3 You are the primary custodian of your local TR8CE data. Your browser, device, operating system, cache, local storage settings, backup systems, third-party calendar software, and exported files may affect where your data exists and how it is retained or deleted.
2.4 If you export .ics calendar files, screenshots, PDFs, copied values, links, notes, or other files from TR8CE, those exported materials leave TR8CE’s local workspace environment. You are solely responsible for the privacy, storage, sharing, deletion, syncing, backup, and security of exported materials.
3.1 TR8CE does not intentionally collect, process, transmit, sell, rent, license, or monetize Protected Health Information (PHI), medical records, patient charts, diagnostic data, treatment records, prescriptions, biological outcomes, therapeutic outcomes, adverse-event reports, symptom logs, medication adherence records, injection records, ingestion records, administration records, or clinical follow-up data.
3.2 Software Workspace Data; Limited Generic Diagram Exception. TR8CE is a neutral mathematical utility. User-entered numbers, workspaces, mass values, volume values, cadences, notches, reference markers, BioVault cards, calendar exports, and similar records are treated by TR8CE as software workspace data, local arithmetic data, or user-created inventory/organization data, not as medical records and not as clinical data. The Sites feature may allow a user to place a marker on a generic body diagram for the user’s own local reference. TR8CE treats such Sites markers as generic, user-created, local visual workspace markers, not as biometric data, anatomical measurement data, diagnosis data, treatment data, adverse-event data, medication administration data, or biological outcome data.
3.3 TR8CE does not ask users to report whether they used, injected, ingested, administered, applied, tolerated, benefited from, reacted to, or experienced any physical effect from any substance.
3.4 TR8CE does not use user-entered calculation values to diagnose, treat, monitor, manage, or evaluate any disease, condition, symptom, biological status, therapeutic outcome, adherence pattern, or clinical event.
3.5 You must not enter medical records, patient identifiers, protected health information, therapeutic notes, clinical observations, adverse-event descriptions, or personally identifiable health information into TR8CE workspaces, support requests, emails, or other communications with TR8CE.
3.6 BioVault Local Workspace Data. BioVault data is user-created local workspace data. BioVault cards may contain a user label, calculated concentration, amount remaining, doses-left count, user-set opened date, freshness status, use timestamp, and similar inventory-style fields. TR8CE treats BioVault data as local arithmetic, inventory, and workspace data created by the user for the user’s own reference. TR8CE does not intentionally collect, receive, transmit, sell, or centrally store BioVault calculation data unless a separate feature expressly states otherwise.
BioVault data is not treated by TR8CE as PHI, a medical record, a prescription record, a medication administration record, therapeutic adherence data, biological outcome data, or a clinical record. TR8CE does not use BioVault data to infer health status, diagnose, treat, monitor, manage, evaluate, or follow up with any user.
3.7 Sites Local Marker Data. Sites data is user-created local marker data. Sites may store the generic marker spot tapped, a timestamp, and the generic diagram template selected, such as male/female, front/back, or similar generic diagram view. TR8CE treats Sites data as local visual workspace data created by the user for the user’s own reference. TR8CE does not intentionally collect, receive, transmit, sell, or centrally store Sites marker data unless a separate feature expressly states otherwise.
Sites data does not include biometric templates, face geometry, fingerprint data, retina or iris scans, voiceprints, hand geometry scans, gait patterns, genetic data, precise geolocation, diagnosis, treatment notes, adverse-event reports, biological outcomes, or therapeutic adherence records. TR8CE does not use Sites data to identify a person, authenticate a person, infer health status, diagnose, treat, monitor, manage, evaluate, or follow up with any user.
Sites Timing Labels. Sites may display local timing labels derived from user-created marker timestamps, such as recently tapped markers or the marker with the longest elapsed time since last tap. These labels are generated locally from the user’s own marker history. They are not collected, received, transmitted, sold, shared, or centrally stored by TR8CE unless a separate feature expressly states otherwise. They are not used by TR8CE to infer health status, tissue condition, injection behavior, medication use, adherence, biological outcomes, or anatomical suitability.
3.8 Consumer Health Data Statement. TR8CE does not intentionally collect, receive, transmit, sell, share, or centrally store BioVault or Sites data. BioVault and Sites are designed as local-first user workspaces, and their contents remain on the user’s own browser or device unless the user separately exports or shares them outside TR8CE. Because TR8CE does not receive or access this local data, TR8CE does not use it to identify health status, medication use, bodily status, injection behavior, biometric identity, therapeutic adherence, or biological outcomes. If TR8CE later offers optional server-side sync, backup, account recovery, or cloud storage for BioVault or Sites data, TR8CE will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notices, consents, or deletion mechanisms required by applicable law.
4.1 TR8CE may collect limited administrative information if you voluntarily provide it or if it is necessary to operate the web service. This may include:
4.2 Email addresses and phone numbers collected by TR8CE are used for software administration, account continuity, support, security and legal notices, and to send product updates, early-access announcements, and similar non-medical communications about TR8CE. To deliver these communications, your email address and phone number are shared with and processed by our third-party service providers, Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) for email, Klaviyo, Inc. for list management, and Twilio Inc. for SMS, each under its own privacy practices. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting care@tr8ce.app. Email and phone are never used for medical follow-up, clinical monitoring, therapeutic adherence, dosing reminders, treatment management, or health-related outreach.
4.3 If you contact TR8CE for support, you should limit your message to software or account issues. Do not send medical records, health information, dosing facts, substance-use descriptions, adverse events, or therapeutic questions.
5.1 TR8CE may use administrative data to:
5.2 TR8CE does not use administrative data to provide medical advice, infer health status, evaluate therapeutic behavior, track substance use, generate dosing recommendations, monitor adherence, or assess biological outcomes.
6.1 TR8CE does not sell PHI, medical records, biological outcome data, therapeutic adherence data, or user calculation workspaces.
6.2 TR8CE does not sell user-entered calculation data to advertisers, data brokers, healthcare marketers, pharmaceutical companies, peptide vendors, compound vendors, insurers, employers, or clinical entities.
6.3 TR8CE uses third-party service providers for functions such as hosting, email and SMS communications (Resend, Klaviyo, Inc. and Twilio Inc.), security, payment, or support. Such providers may process limited administrative or contact data, such as your email address and phone number, only as necessary to provide services to TR8CE, under their own privacy practices.
7.1 Because TR8CE is local-first, calculation data stored in your browser, local storage, cache, device, or exported files may remain there until you delete it, clear browser storage, delete exported files, reset your device, or change your browser settings.
7.2 TR8CE may not be able to access, view, retrieve, modify, or delete calculation workspaces stored only on your local device or browser.
7.3 You are responsible for deleting your own local data, including browser storage, cache, saved files, exported .ics calendar files, screenshots, copied values, downloaded records, and any synced third-party copies.
8.1 TR8CE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for administrative data under its control.
8.2 No internet service, browser, cache, device, local storage system, or exported file can be guaranteed secure. You are responsible for securing your device, browser, local storage, account credentials, backups, calendar systems, and exported files.
9.1 TR8CE is not intended for users under 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a person under 21 has provided information to TR8CE, contact care@tr8ce.app.
10.1 TR8CE may interact with browsers, operating systems, hosting providers, email providers, calendar software, payment processors, analytics tools, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy practices.
10.2 TR8CE is not responsible for third-party browser storage, device backups, operating-system syncing, calendar syncing, email providers, cloud backups, or files you export or share.
11.1 TR8CE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted or made available through tr8ce.app.
11.2 Continued use of TR8CE after an updated Privacy Policy is posted constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
