A melanocortin receptor agonist (bremelanotide) studied for sexual arousal via central nervous system pathways.
TR8CE uses one simple standard: 0.1 mL of bacteriostatic water per mg. A 10 mg vial takes 1 mL of water for a clean 10 mg/mL solution. Larger vials scale the water up to fit the glass.
| Vial size | BAC water | Concentration | 1.75 mg draws to |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 17.5 units |
Units are shown for a U-100 insulin syringe. A common starting dose is 1.75 mg. At 10 mg/mL, that draws to 17.5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Activates MC-3 and MC-4 receptors in the brain to modulate sexual arousal through central neural pathways rather than the vascular system.
PT-141 is commonly taken before activity.
Add 1 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg PT-141 vial for a 10 mg/mL solution.
A common PT-141 starting dose is 1.75 mg, which at 10 mg/mL draws to 17.5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Draw bacteriostatic water into a syringe, inject it slowly down the inside glass of the PT-141 vial (not onto the powder), and swirl gently until clear. Store refrigerated and use within the common window.
